General Ordering Information

Shipping All orders will be shipped via either USPS Priority or Express Mail. By choosing Priority during checkout, you will typically receive your items within 2 business days from the ship date, while Express deliveries are next day. All orders are shipped within 24-hours of being placed. Orders containing our Glass Display Domes have special S/H rates that will be applied during the checkout process. For all jewelry-only orders: Priority Mail - $6.00     |     Express Mail - $16.00 Please note that items marked as "custom" in their description may have longer ship times . Volume Orders All orders of 5 or more jewelry pieces are subject to a 15% discount. Please call (800) 408-0625 or email us at info@efjewelry.com prior to placing your order to ensure the discount is properly applied.

Returns We are absolutely committed to your complete satisfaction with all of our products. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, all orders may be returned for a full refund minus S/H charges. Simply email us at orders@efjewelry.com within 30-days of receiving your delivery to obtain a return authorization form. Please mail your items via USPS with original packaging and the authorization form to: Emerging Faith Jewelry, LLC Attn: Returns PO Box 10039 Bedford, NH 03110 Upon receipt, we will credit either your PayPal account or the credit card used to place the original order. For credit, all returns must be in the condition in which they were received, and not damaged or altered in any way.
